Marin Magazine’s Sommelier Favorite Wines Under $20

December’s Marin Magazine issue features a great article called Sommelier Favorites. It has a bevy of information about delicious wines, but, as a girl always on the search for inexpensive, great tasting wine, I especially took notice of the Best wine under $20 question that was asked of each sommelier.

The distilled idea:

David Lynch recommends J. Hofstatter Alto Adige Lagrein, Alto Adige, Italy 2007/2008, $18.00.

Dan O’Brien recommends Kunin Wines, Pape Star, Central Coast, 2007, $19.00.

Greg O’Flynn recommends Roots Run Deep “Educated Guess,” Napa Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007, $20.00.
